Conrad Akunga, aged 36, has demonstrated exceptional talent and expertise throughout his career.

Notably, in 2010, Conrad led a team from Virtual City, a company he was associated with at the time, to a remarkable victory in the Nokia Growth Economy Venture Challenge. This achievement catapulted Conrad onto the international stage, showcasing his capabilities in driving innovation and entrepreneurship.

In the same year, Conrad, together with his business partner Vincent Ntalami, embarked on a new venture by co-founding Innova. As a software company, Innova provides cutting-edge solutions and tools tailored for banks, investment firms, and capital markets. Since its inception, Innova has expanded its reach beyond Kenya and successfully delivered software solutions in Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, and Tanzania.

Conrad's expertise and contributions have been widely recognized in the industry. Notably, he has been honored with the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award for an impressive 11 consecutive years, underscoring his consistent commitment to excellence and his significant contributions to the technology field.
